Website updates and ESP32 learning

Updated the website to load updates from Markdown, added per‑update pages, and linked the matrix/timeline to either the article or the update. Also implemented YouTube embeds on update pages. Started learning about the ESP32 to prepare for the matrix controller: basics of GPIO, Wi‑Fi, and the toolchain for prototyping.
